At HDD Drilling Tools, we strive to deliver high-quality products that meet your expectations. If you wish to return (part of) your order, please ensure that your return meets the following conditions:

• The product is returned within 14 days of receipt.
• A fully completed return form is required; without it, we cannot process your return or issue a refund.
• The product must be undamaged and in new condition.
• Shipping and return costs are at your own expense.
• Custom-made products cannot be returned.
